I confess in looking back over 2013, I'm glad it's over, even though it means I'm another year older. Sometimes getting older is worth it! Even though the year contained difficulties, it ended on a good note.
We had our family Christmas with the girls and their families, as well as Andy's mom and dad, and my mother on New Year's Eve day, Dec. 31, 2013. What a house-full - 20 around the table.
What a nice mess of wrappings. I like this picture, too, because Dawn was so happy with her Eureka vacuum cleaner. She held it lovingly all afternoon!
It was a wild and crazy day with 9 kids and 11 adults, making happy memories. God is good and we are so blessed.
