Sandals

Flowers

I planted these pansies last fall and they made it through the winter to cheer up our spring. They were undaunted by all the snow Andy piled on them when he shoveled off the walks.Robin
We are very glad to have winter behind us, hopefully, to stay FAR behind. Andy is in a lot of pain from his back. We think it started from all the shoveling he did this winter. It has gotten progressively worse until Monday when he could hardly even walk. He went to the doctor, had some x-rays done, and the prognosis is a bulging disk. Apparently a nerve is being pinched which is causing numbness down his leg, on top of pain when he sits or walks or stands - not much relief unless he lies down, and even then, it has to be in a certain position. I feel bad for him...it's hard to see him so incapacitated.

those are very fancy sandals! You guys are really far ahead of us with all your flowers. is dad going to go to a chiropractor since it's a bulging disc?
He saw John Sandoz yesterday. He's up and about today - went to work.
He went to the chiro??? Amazing! He must have been desperate! Christian said that he bet he would go and I thought no way. He thought that if he was bad enough he would go.
We are still praying for him here. The kids were asking how he was today so I am glad to see an update.
oh good! I'm so glad he went! Hope he keeps feeling better.
cute toes!
yes, cute toes! So glad to see Andy went to "the quackapractor" - that's Rod's name for them. But when Rod was in so much pain for so many months, that was the only relief he got, and the way he lost weight. It's really amazing how much good they can do.
